The small mountain town of Tatranská Lomnica, picturesque and situated at an elevation of 830–900 meters above sea level at the foot of the High Tatras in Slovakia, is one of the most famous centers for tourism and sports. It is part of the administrative structure of the town of Vysoké Tatry and is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Slovak side of the Tatras. The town is renowned for its numerous hotels, guesthouses, campsites, and cable cars that transport tourists to Skalnaté Pleso (at 1,751 meters above sea level) and Lomnica itself (at 2,632 meters above sea level). The history of Tatranská Lomnica dates back to 1881 when the settlement was established. The potential of this place was quickly recognized, and with the rapid influx of tourists, more buildings were constructed in the following years. Initially, the area was accessible mainly to wealthy individuals and aristocrats, but later the situation changed, and today anyone can visit this charming town. Tatranská Lomnica also serves as a great starting point, and it's worth staying here longer to explore all the available attractions. This walking tour we start at the Tatranská Lomnica railway station and leads through the town to the Ski Resort. Czechia Walking Tour in 4k - ADRSPACH
Thousands of rock towers, stunning nature, and breathtaking views – this is Adršpach, the largest rock city in the Czech Republic and one of the most popular natural tourist destinations in the Czech Republic. The age of the rock city is estimated to be 89 million years, and this entire area once lay at the bottom of an ancient ocean. Therefore, the rocks owe their present shape to the action of water. In the rock city, the tallest rock formation, called the Lovers (Czech: Milenci), reaches a height of 81.4 meters, and the narrowest passage between the rocks is only 50 centimeters wide. Additionally, there is also the impressive Great Waterfall, which thunders down 16 meters, and a picturesque lake with crystal-clear water.
