Croatia Walking Tour in 4k - SENJ

Another extraordinary walk, this time by the Adriatic Sea in the town of Senj in Croatia, which is a popular holiday and tourist resort, as well as the port of the Velebit Channel. The town is one of the oldest in Croatia, with a history dating back 3,000 years. Even Greek and Roman historians and geographers mentioned the port named Senia, where Senj is located today. Despite such an extensive history, the town currently has around 5,400 inhabitants and is a peaceful seaside town. It is situated right at the foot of the Vratnik Pass (698 meters above sea level) and across from the island of Krk. To the north of the town lies the Velika Kapela mountain range, and to the south, the Velebit mountains. The Velebit mountain range, under which the town is located, marks two climate zones: Mediterranean and Alpine-Dinaric. The mountains form the boundary between these two regions. The coastal climate is characterized by warm, dry summers and mild, rainy winters. The average annual air temperature on the coast is 15.2°C / 59.36°F. We begin the walking tour on Trbušnjak Hill at the Nehaj Fortress (Tvrđava Nehaj), then descend through the Nehaj Park to the port and promenade, from where we head into the town to see the narrow streets and local monuments. The journey ends at the Co-cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Katedrala Uznesenja Blažene Djevice Marije). Poland Walking Tour in 4k - CIESZYN

Another extraordinary walking tour in which we will explore the most interesting streets of the city of Cieszyn on the Polish side and see the most fascinating monuments and attractions. The film begins on the Bridge of Friendship, which also serves as the border between Poland and the Czech Republic. Next, we will stroll along one of the most interesting streets in the city, known as Cieszyn's Venice (Przykopa Street), heading uphill towards the Church of Jesus, then to the Old Town Square, exploring several side streets along the way. We will end our walk at the Castle Hill, where we will see the famous rotunda and visit a viewpoint with a beautiful view of Český Těšín on the Czech side. The history of Cieszyn dates back to the 9th century and is associated with a Slavic tribe's settlement. Cieszyn was granted town rights in 1217, and from the late 13th century, it became the center of the Ghosts of Cieszyn. Unfortunately, in 1920, a territorial dispute over Cieszyn Silesia led to the division of the city. The suburbs on the left bank of the Olza River became part of Czechoslovakia and formed a new town. Since then, what was once a unified entity has developed into two separate border towns, divided in half by the Olza River.
