Another walking tour recorded at one of the more fascinating and picturesque attractions in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship, precisely in the small resort village of Solina. This place is mainly known for the dam built here, which led to the creation of Lake Solina in 1968 by damming the waters of the San and Solinka rivers. It's worth mentioning that it's also one of the largest artificially created lakes in Poland. The village used to be located at the bottom of the current reservoir but has been relocated higher up, and currently, around five hundred people inhabit it. The village probably wouldn't have gained much fame if it weren't for the Solina Dam, which is the largest structure of its kind in Poland, standing at 81.8 meters in height and 664 meters in length. Undoubtedly, it is the biggest attraction in the area. Due to the fact that the Solina Dam and Lake Solina attract thousands of visitors each year, many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, regional product stores, and ice cream parlors have sprung up around the dam. Accommodation options are also easily available, and the tourist infrastructure continues to develop each year. The Solina Dam and the hydroelectric power plant located there are open to visitors. A walking tour recorded in Polanczyk, a vacation and spa village located in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship in Poland. It is situated in the beautiful surroundings of the western shore of Lake Solina. Tourists from distant parts of Poland as well as from nearby areas such as Rzeszow, Przemysl, Sanok, and Ustrzyki Dolne come here for a weekend getaway.

Since 1999, Polanczyk has had the status of a spa resort, and that is when the medicinal water intake, known for its healing properties, started operating. Polanczyk also offers numerous spa facilities where various ailments are treated, along with a range of accommodation options. The success of this place is mainly attributed to the construction of a water dam and the creation of the lake. It is a truly beautiful, peaceful, and perfect place for a vacation! This video was recorded in Iwonicz-Zdroj, a beautiful resort town located in the southern part of Poland, specifically in the Subcarpathian Voivodship. The town is situated in the Low Beskids, in the valley of the Iwonicz Stream, at an elevation of approximately 410 meters above sea level.

It is also one of the oldest Polish health resorts, with a tradition of over 440 years, which, apart from its recognized reputation, is known for its unique therapeutic microclimate and ecologically clean natural environment. The town is surrounded on all sides by high mixed forest. The Iwonicz forests create a microclimate around the resort, regulating humidity and temperature of the air, protecting it from winds and are a source of ozone. The greatest wealth of the town lies in its healing mineral waters, which are used for inhalation, drinking and bathing treatments, as well as for the production of Iwonicz medicinal salt and cosmetics.
