Poland Walking Tour in 4K - KROSNO 2024

This walking tour in Krosno was recorded in February 2024. It is a beautiful town founded in 1348, and during the reign of King Casimir the Great in 1367, the city gained the title of Royal Free City and its own coat of arms. It is located in a very picturesque place, en route to the Bieszczady Mountains, in the area of the Jasielsko-Krosno Basin at an altitude of about 260 meters above sea level. In 2022, the city could boast a population of 44,322.

The city is also known as Little Krakow (Parva Cracovia), all thanks to the beautiful Old Town Square with Renaissance tenements and arcades. It is also known as a glass city because after the First World War, a glassworks was established here, which eventually became the largest such center in Poland. Beautiful glass products are still produced here today. If you like peace, a cozy atmosphere, and moreover, want to learn about a rich history, see many monuments that other, larger cities may envy, then this is a perfect choice. You won't encounter crowds here, so you'll have a wonderful rest. Slovakia Walking Tour in 4K - POPRAD 2023

This video was recorded on a beautiful, sunny day in September in the city of Poprad, located in the Prešov region, in the historical region of Spiš, more precisely by the Poprad River, in the Poprad Basin and at the southern foothills of the Tatra Mountains. It is situated at an altitude of 672 meters above sea level. It is also the largest city in this region. In 2022, the city had about 50,000 inhabitants and ranked 10th among the most populous cities in Slovakia. Poprad is also associated with thermal springs, as there is the AquaCity Poprad thermal water park, which attracts many enthusiasts of warm baths every year. In the historical center of the city, there are many interesting landmarks. In the very center of the town, there is a beautifully restored market square with a lentil-shaped plan, surrounded by Baroque and Neoclassical houses, built on medieval plots. Dominating the square is the early Gothic Church of St. Egidius from the late 13th century. Near the church stands a Renaissance bell tower from 1658 and Immaculata - a statue of the Virgin Mary, and a little further away, surrounded by a park, is the Neoclassical Evangelical Church of the Holy Trinity. The video was recorded on September 2023. Enjoy watching the walking tour in 4K Ultra HD quality with captions here: https://youtu.be/vbt8dCCsXSw
