This video recorded in Szczawnica, a beautiful resort town located in southern Poland, in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in the "Beskid Sadecki" mountains. The town is known primarily for its mineral springs and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, such as "Pieniny" and "Beskid Sadecki". This charming town has also been a well-known resort since the mid-19th century, making it a spa town. Due to the presence of alkali springs and favorable climatic conditions, many respiratory and digestive tract illnesses are treated there. In Szczawnica, you can also find many tourist attractions such as hiking and cycling trails, ski slopes, thermal baths, as well as the ruins of a 14th-century castle in the Pieniny mountains, under the peak of Castle Mountain (Zamkowa Góra) 799 m above sea level. The town is also a popular starting point for kayaking on the Dunajec River and hiking in the Pieniny mountains, as well as a favorite ski resort for many. The longest ski slope (2 km) at Palenica is equipped with a 4-person ski lift with overhead lighting and a capacity of 2,200 people per hour.
